We are the Johnson’s

We live in a small town where both my husband and I were raised. We have eight beautiful children (three of whom are not pictured here), and we have been married for 15 years.

In 2023, we felt God calling us to start our own business. For many years, my husband, Joshua Johnson Sr., was the person friends and family called when they needed help with home repairs, renovations, and even remodels. He genuinely loved helping people, and eventually, we decided to turn that passion into a business.

We started out doing what many would call “handyman” work. While we still take on those smaller projects, our business has continued to grow, and over the years, we have expanded into larger building and remodeling projects as well.

Our company handles a wide range of needs, from small plumbing leaks to complete remodels. We serve both commercial and residential properties and are fully licensed and insured.

Above all, we are honored to say that we love the Lord and are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to own a business that allows Joshua to continue serving in ministry. He is a youth pastor at our local church and is prayerfully stepping into evangelism as he preaches the Word of God at the softball tournaments where he plays.

I, Mara Johnson, handle the administrative and behind-the-scenes work that keeps our business running, while also homeschooling the five children pictured here. As Joshua says, “I work from the shoulders down, and my wife works from the shoulders up. Together, we make one whole!”

We truly love working alongside one another and feel incredibly blessed to be able to do so.

Our company’s favorite verse—and the one we strive to live and work by—is 1 Corinthians 10:31:

“Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.”

This is where our name comes in. We believe there is only ONE WAY to Heaven, and that is through Jesus Christ. We also believe there is only ONE WAY to do what we do—and that is all for His glory.

There you have it. It really is that simple.

We are a small/big family, making a living, serving others, working together, and loving God.

That is who we are.
